Ms. Nixon is a lawyer at Bass Associates. Bass Associates is a preeminent provider of employment and labour relations services and solutions. Ms. Nixon’s goal at Bass Associates is to provide her clients with sound, practical and useful advice in all matters of labour and employment law.
Ms. Nixon was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995 and joined Bass Associates in 2011. She articled with the Ontario Labour Relations Board. After articles, Ms. Nixon spent over ten years working with the Provincial Government where she provided labour and employment advice to, and litigated on behalf of, various ministries in the Ontario Public Service.
Since joining Bass Associates, Ms. Nixon has provided legal services to a variety of different clients. She has conducted workplace investigations and continues to appear at arbitrations and tribunals on behalf of clients. Ms. Nixon has also published articles on employment topics such as performance management and the importance of workplace policies.

Ms. Nixon graduated from McGill University with a BA in Economics and received her law degree from University of Ottawa.
