Mary Kokosis practices employment and labour law with Bass Associates Professional Corporation. Ms. Kokosis is a graduate of Queen’s University, Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. Ms. Kokosis also completed an undergraduate business degree at the Schulich School of Business.
Prior to joining Bass Associates, Ms. Kokosis spent a number of years working as In-House Counsel and Privacy Officer for Coca-Cola Bottling Company. She was also a Senior Consultant with CIBC where she provided specialized advice on complex employee relations issues.
Ms. Kokosis has a passion for helping parties resolve workplace conflict. Ms. Kokosis’ in-house experience at large organizations has provided her with a deep understanding of the multitude of issues faced in the workplace. This enables her to problem-solve from a pragmatic perspective.
Ms. Kokosis has contributed to the Long Term Care Magazine which is published across Canada. Ms. Kokosis has also trained clients on best practices for completing their own internal investigations.
