Dan McPherson has been a consultant at Bass Associates since May of 2000. The majority of Dan’s busy practice is acting as chief spokesperson in collective bargaining and interest arbitration in support of many different employers in the public and private sector. Dan has been the spokesperson in the OACCAC central bargaining processes and the London Nursing Home Group process for many years. In addition to those large bargaining processes, Dan has also played a large role in the ONA Nursing Home Master process. Prior to joining Bass Associates, Dan worked at the Ontario Hospital Association providing support and acting as Spokesperson in the various central bargaining processes on behalf of hospitals.
Away from work, Dan spends time with his family and enjoys playing hockey and golf, and is the captain of team in a large charity hockey tournament in support of Alzheimer’s.
